Classes for Boys, Girls & Teens

An instructor and two young students learning the basics of exercise at a KidZanity after school fitness class for children.

CURRENT PROGRAMS AVAILABLE

KidZanity™ Mini-XT (Cross-Trainer) – Co-Ed Ages 4,5,6 &7

This program focuses on key personality traits, proper exercise technique, engaging activities and a mini-cross training workout utilizing various exercise equipment and body weight.

KidZanity™ XT (Cross-Trainer) – Co-Ed Ages 8,9,10, 11 &12

This program focuses on key personality traits, proper exercise technique and is a mini Boot Camp type workout utilizing various equipment, individual as well as team drills and activities.

KidZanity™ Empower ME – GIRLS Only Ages 5,6,7 & 8

This program focuses on key personality traits, self-confidence building activities, as well as a mini workout that engages and excites our little ones.

KidZanity™ Empower ME – GIRLS Only Ages 9,10,11 & 12

This program focuses on key personality traits, self-confidence building exercises (the interview is one of them) as well as designing a 3-fold brochure about themselves.  We can’t forget a mini Boot Camp style workout to challenge and make our girls stronger.

KidZanity™ Warriors – BOYS Only Ages 9,10,11, & 12

This program focuses on key personality traits, self-confidence building exercises as well as a Boot Camp workout to challenge and engage utilizing various exercise equipment both in groups and as individuals.

KidZanity™ XT (Cross-Trainer) – GIRLS Only Ages 13,14,15 & 16

This program focuses on key personality traits and building self-confidence.  CORE focus is on Cross Training utilizing various different types of exercises, workouts, circuits, drills and leaves nothing to the imagination.  We will be tracking nutrition/workouts as well as setting goals.

KidZanity™ XT (Cross-Trainer) – BOYS Only Ages, 13,14,15 & 16

This program focuses on key personality traits and building self-confidence.  CORE focus is on Cross Training utilizing various different types of exercises, workouts, circuits, drills and leaves nothing to the imagination.  We will be tracking nutrition/workouts as well as setting goals.

KidZanity™ DYNAMIC DUO – Girls & Moms Ages, 9,10,11 & 12

This is a high intensity interval-training workout for both moms and their daughters.  We will also be incorporating self-confidence building activities and they will work in teams as well as with others.  Parents need to be role models for their kids so Moms need to instill self-confidence in their daughters.  

KidZanity™ DYNAMIC TEEN DUO – Girls & Moms Ages, 13,14,15, & 16
